DURATION: 11 hours

Day 1

8 am – pick up from your hotel. Departure to the village of Koprivshtitsa.

10 am – arrive in Koprivshtitsa. Take a tour of the village. Visit the house of Oslekov, the house of Dimtcho Debelyanov, the house of Todor Kableshkov, the house of Lyutov and the old school from 1837.

11:30 am – departure to Kazanlak known as the Valley of the Thracian Kings or the Valley of Roses.

Optional: visit a rose distillery where you can also have lunch.

2 pm – visit the the Seuthes III Thracian tomb.

2:30 pm – drive to the Buzludzha monument.

3 pm – arrive at Buzludzha.

4:15 – departure to Sofia.

7 pm – estimated arrival in your hotel or airbnb address. End of service.

Can you pick us up from our hotel

It is in our policy to pick our guests up from their hotels or addresses unless they do not specify another pick up point.

Can I choose my own departure time

Yes, sure. We suggest you leave at 8 am as it will give you enough time to explore all the sites included in the tour. Nevertheless, if you prefer to leave later, that would be fine too. Well, may be not later than 10 am :).

How can I pay for this tour

You can pay on line on our site by credit card, bank transfer, paypal or cash upon pick up in the day of the tour.

Can I use credit card for personal expenses

In most of the places in Bulgaria you can use credit card, but it is always useful to have some small cash since little shops or vendors would not accept credit card payments.

What kind of outfit is necessary for this tour

We strongly suggest you wear comfortable shoes and have some light jacket (if summer) or a good warm jacket (if spring, autumn or winter) since the Buzludzha monument is located high in the mountain and it can be cold and windy even in a warm day.
